Our sports programs focus on comprehensive skill development and training.
Skills academy: is designed to teach the fundamentals of a sport to children ages 5 to 12. The program runs for 8 to 10 weeks, with 60-minute training sessions.
Advanced group training: is for youth ages 13 to 18, designed to increase their skill levels, improve athleticism, and boost sport-specific intelligence. The program covers speed, agility, flexibility, strength, stamina, and more. Training sessions are 60 minutes, and the program runs year-round.
Camps: are designed to teach youth ages 5 to 18 the fundamentals of a sport, boost athleticism, develop sport-specific intelligence, learn team strategies, reinforce sportsmanship, take part in competitive games, and more. Training runs 6 hours per day – typically for 2-5 days.
Clinics: are designed to introduce a specific sport and game fundamentals for youth ages 5 to 18 and run anywhere from 1 to 8 hours. Participants can have fun in a positive environment learning basic sport-specific concepts and develop their overall game. Clinics can include group instruction, competitive games, guest appearances, lectures, giveaways, music, and other entertainment. MVP offers clinics for coaches, managers, leaders, and mentors as well.
